A bright, open living room with space to move

Shamenav Khan · Sales Representative

A calmer way to move
up in the GTA.

Since 2004 I’ve helped families across Mississauga and the GTA sell, buy, and land somewhere that finally fits — using a five-step method that takes the guesswork out of it.

Start anywhere

An address, a neighbourhood, or an MLS® number.

What you're actually buying

Not square footage. Mornings that work.

Every family I meet describes the same thing in different words — the bathroom queue, the laptop on the kitchen table, the kids colliding in a hallway. Here is what changes.

A family laughing together in a bright kitchen

A backyard made for family life

Kids laughing in the backyard instead of colliding in a hallway. The dog running circles around them. Room to kick a ball.

Everyone has their own space

No more shared closets, no more missing shoes, no more bedtime battles over the top bunk. Mornings are calm. Evenings are easy.

An office with a door that closes

Your desk, set up the way you like it. You can close the door, take a call, and actually focus. No more laptop on the kitchen table.

The HomeBoost Method

Five steps, in the order they actually happen

Most of the stress in a move comes from not knowing what happens next. This is what happens next.

  1. Consultation

We map the whole move — timing, mortgage, what your home is worth, which neighbourhoods actually fit — before you touch a single box.

  2. Prepping & Pictures

Decluttering and deep-clean crews, handymen for the repairs you keep putting off, staging, pricing, and professional photography.

  3. Sales & Marketing

A Coming Soon campaign builds a waiting list before the listing is even live, so day one arrives with buyers already interested.

  4. The Hunt

Only homes that fit the list we built in step one. Movers and lawyers line up in the background; both closing dates get aligned.

  5. Celebrate & Aftercare

Paperwork, utility transfers, movers, closet installers — handled. And a number you can still call long after closing.

Who you’d be working with

“I landed in Canada in May 2004 with just $2,000 and a strong belief that I could build something meaningful for my family.”

I was born and raised in Bombay — now Mumbai. In the early 2000s, unrest in our city made me rethink everything, especially the safety and future of three young children. So we left the city I loved and started again, from nothing, in Mississauga.

Having done a move like that myself, I know how overwhelming it feels. That is the entire reason the method exists.

Families who already moved

What clients are saying

As upsizers, my husband and I were overwhelmed — but Sham made the whole process effortless. They created a step-by-step moving plan, coordinated a flawless deep clean, helped stage and sell our house, and handled every detail of the move into our new, perfectly sized home.

Upsized with the HomeBoost Method

I'm a busy professional and needed someone who understood how to streamline a move. Shamenav Khan mapped out timelines, managed decluttering and a thorough clean, arranged repairs and listing, and supervised movers so I didn't have to worry. Professional, compassionate, and totally reliable.

Sold and moved in one timeline

Moving our family to a bigger home felt impossible until we met Sham. They created a custom plan and made sure everything was taken care of until both closings were done. On moving day they were there — organizing, calming, and making sure our new home was move-in ready.

Twenty minutes, no pitch. What your place is likely worth today, what the next one costs, and whether this year or next makes more sense for your family. If it isn't the right time, I'll tell you that too.
